I was very pleased over all with SWAT Environmental. The gentleman that did the work was friendly and experienced. He wasted no time getting the job done. He left the area clean and the appearance of the system itself was more than acceptable. He answered all my questions, questions that I'm sure he gets asked at every job. Yet I wasn't made to feel hurried or that I was boring him. Nor did he make me feel like they were "dumb" questions. I have to say I was very pleased with the entire experience. Fantastic Company! They were able to provide a quote as soon as I called them. I contacted two other radon companies and this one was by far the lowest cost, even with the color matching option which neither of the two other companies offered! When I called to set up an installation, I was offered an appointment for three days later! The radon technician called in the morning and told me exactly when I should expect him. The work was done very professionally and was completed in the amount of time I was told it would take. I would definitely recommend SWAT Environmental to everyone!
